Panel Wizard Supply (“Panel Wizard”, “we”, “us”) operates the configurator and quoting application at panelwizard.us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Account & profile information — name, email, phone, company, mailing address, role
- Project & quote data — panel configurations, dimensions, colors, delivery addresses, uploaded drawings
- Order & payment data — order details, deposit amounts; payment card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers
- Communications — messages, access requests, and support inquiries you send us
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you use our site, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, for security, debugging, and product improvement.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve our products and services
- To generate quotes, process orders, and fulfill panel deliveries
- To send transactional emails (quote confirmations, order receipts, password resets)
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate our business — including Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (transactional email), Google Cloud and Anthropic (drawing extraction).
- Logistics partners — carriers and freight providers we use to deliver panels to your job site.
- Authorities and legal counsel — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Quote and order records are retained for at least seven (7) years for tax and warranty purposes.
6. Your choices
- You can update your profile information at any time from your account.
- You can request deletion of your account by contacting us at the email below; some records may be retained as required by law.
- You can opt out of non-transactional marketing email by replying “unsubscribe.” Transactional email (order receipts, password resets) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the service at your own risk.
8. Children
Panel Wizard is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the application. Your continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
